Program Overview

Smart Sky Solar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide customers with important information related to our services, appointments, and promotions. This is a mixed-use messaging program that may include both informational and promotional messages. By opting in, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Message Types

Our SMS program includes two categories of messages. Each requires separate, explicit opt-in consent:

1. Transactional / Informational Messages
Appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and customer support communications related to Smart Sky Solar.

2. Promotional / Marketing Messages
Special offers, promotions, service updates, and marketing communications from Smart Sky Solar.

Consent & Opt-In

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. Smart Sky Solar is not responsible for any carrier charges.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Opting out of one message type does not automatically opt you out of other message types.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All SMS opt-in data and consent information are strictly protected and will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number and SMS consent information are used only by Smart Sky Solar for the purposes you have explicitly consented to.

Mobile information may be shared only with trusted service providers that assist in delivering SMS messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Liability & Disclaimers

Smart Sky Solar is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from message delays or failures.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our SMS program means you accept the updated terms.
